At the start of October, the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital held another delightful event for its donors, supporters and friends of the hospital. This time, it was a mid-morning tea at the gorgeous Vergelegen Wine Estate outside Somerset West.
After our tea, we joined garden manager Richard on a tour of the beautiful grounds of the wine estate; it was absolutely fascinating, and I ended up writing a rather lengthy post about it: Tea, Talks and a Tour at Vergelegen with the Children’s Hospital Trust.
This is definitely a place I want to visit again.
